His simple objective is to build the best-in-class company and to do repeat business with every client, old and new.
Abhilash Varghese
Director of Business Development
Abhi has 20 years AEC industry experience, a Bachelor of Architecture and a Post Graduate in International Business. His work has spanned various construction and technology projects, from small residential developments to multi-million dollar green-field projects. This has given him a deep appreciation for the industry's complexities and challenges.
As a senior associate in the group, his aim is to increase our reach within the industry and build deeper and meaningful relationships with our clients.
John Allan
Director of Technology & Innovation
John drives innovation and excellence with a BSc in Software Engineering and over 25 years of experience in the engineering and construction sector. Proficient in AEC software suites and is well-versed in leveraging APIs to integrate and build custom applications. He collaborates closely with production engineers and project stakeholders to design and implement optimal solutions that exceed client expectations.
His innovative solutions streamline workflows, improve collaboration, and enhance decision-making.
Vinny Holohan
Chief Financial Officer
A chartered accountant with over 30 years’ experience, Vinny has spent most of his career in senior finance roles in the financial services industry.
He joined Everest at the beginning of 2022. His focus is providing secure, robust financial control and reporting systems, ensuring Everest’s multinational business is managed efficiently and that a sound platform exists for future business development.
He is supported by an experienced team of finance professionals located across the group.

A Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's in Thermal Engineering plus almost 2 decades of hands-on experience make Babaso an integral part of our team. He spearheads the day-to-day operations of a team of over 200 engineers with mix of Design, BIM, Piping and CAD capabilities. His experience across a wide range of sectors from simple open plan offices to complex pharma projects and beyond make him a well-respected dynamic player in the global AEC industry.

Eran has 14 years of experience in managing diverse and complex projects that combine construction, mechanical engineering and high-tech environments. He has managed several large-scale BIM-design teams across the globe.
